deafening music unsafe slides
The grounds were immaculate and vast. The sweeping lawns were amazing.
i was disappointed with the constant noise. the music was deafening at the main pool. there was also an accident at the pool slides. it was a bit unsafe since attendants let guests go too close together.

stylish room perfect cleanliness diverse cuisine
i found the room to be stylish.. the perfect cleanliness added to the relaxing atmosphere. the beach area was a true gem for leisurely strolls. the hotel has a diverse selection of cuisines showcasing the skill of the chefs.
i noticed the sunbed reservation game was active with guests reserving beds early and not using them until later.

food variety beach experience
The mediterranean vegetables offered variety and QUALITY, especially at the buffet restaurant. Pools and waterslides are a GREAT addition to the beach. Cabanas and lounge chairs. The maintanence was perfect.
At 10 am, when the system opens, restaurants are often already booked.

A Charmed Stay!
pristine grounds ample space helpful staff
The grounds are beautifully maintained. A lot of effort keeps everything pristine. The several pools offer ample space for relaxation. Staff members were very helpful. They assisted with all requests promptly. I especially appreciated the guest relations team who were always available.

The room included distinct spaces with two separate sinks which was quite useful. I appreciated the convenience of the rainfall shower. The room decor was modern. This enhanced the feeling of luxury .

There was a vast selection of restaurants. I enjoyed high-quality meals at each venue. The extensive buffet offered choices for all tastes. The staff are attentive. I felt they provided an excellent service at every meal.

The hotel is right on the beach with easy access to the sea. The gardens were extensive. I liked the chance to stroll around such a beautiful landscape. Several shops are a short walk away. Very practical.

abundant food immaculate grounds restaurant system difficult reservation
the food options were abundant (i especially loved the themed nights at the zestful restaurant). the grounds were immaculate, a testament to the gardeners' hard work.
it was difficult to get reservations, especially for a family.

immaculate lawns plentiful towels nightly entertainment
the hotel grounds feature immaculate lawns. towels were plentiful in the room. i found the cake shop amazing, surpassing any cakes i've ever tasted. there are different entertainment every night that caters to all age groups.
