nice stay

friendly staff beautiful pools
i loved the room which overlooked the pools and the sea it was lovely the staff were really good all very friendly and helpful i enjoyed the breakfasts and the choice of restaurants i found within a short walk i also appreciated the beautiful pools and many sitting areas both outside and inside.
the rooms were not sound proofed i could hear everything outside and from the corridor this was a shame as it impacted my ability to relax fully at times i wish this aspect could be improved for future stays.

the hotel location was great near the harbour area it was easy to reach many points of interest the hotel is centrally located with convenient access to local attractions and amenities. it was very easy to explore the surrounding area.

the hotel offers multiple pools i saw many outdoor sitting areas for relaxation breakfast had a good variety of options it suited different dietary needs very well. the spa area seemed very inviting and well-kept.

my room offered a beautiful view of the sea it was spotlessly clean with daily checks for bedding i also appreciated the use of slippers and dressing gowns. the room size was good with ample wardrobe space to store my belongings.

Truly Elegant Hotel Stay

My stay included a very clean room. I appreciated the frequent towel changes. The hotel provided high-end toiletries. Breakfasts were delicious. Pool areas are beautiful. Even in November, I enjoyed swimming. I will return to this hotel.
I was not informed about using restaurants outside the main building. I was also unaware that meals could accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. This lack of information impacted my dining experience. The staff did help me order takeout, but the food issues were disappointing.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast manager demonstrated excellent guest relations. One receptionist provided extra effort to keep guests happy. I found the service to be prompt and attentive.
