broken air conditioning excessive noise
the service was pleasant.
The air conditioning did not work ONE day, made the room uncomfortably warm, and no one seemed able to fix it quickly. The noise from other guests was excessive LATE at night. I could hear everything through the walls.

friendly staff amazing pool area nearby beach professional staff
the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel provided an amazing pool area. it was very relaxing. i also enjoyed the nearby beach sitting area. the restaurants provided good food and efficient service. the hotel had a nice, picturesque design. all staff seemed professional. i also appreciated that the spa and gym were amazing.

the hotel offers a rich buffet-style dinner with many selections. a variety of stations exist for preparing eggs in any form. sparkling wine and fresh juices are available. the bar provides a pleasant atmosphere and live music, we loved that!

The staff members strive to ensure client satisfaction. They work hard to serve guests well. the reception desk is available 24/7. the staff try to pay attention to small details. employees are quick to offer help with any problem, but the pool service arrived long.

the gym has modern equipment and a variety of options for exercise. there is a good children's playground on the hotel. the hotel features its own private beach and pool with complimentary sunbeds. access to the coastal walkway is very close to the hotel.

the room was spacious and very clean. necessary items were available, including towels, slippers, and toiletries. a mini-bar is available. a dental hygiene kit was provided upon request. the rooms are super clean and beautifully designed, but the bathroom and decor were old fashioned.

the service was great and the food exceeded my expectations! the staff was helpful and professional. i particularly appreciated eva at reception, her patient assistance was invaluable. the room was immaculate, and the daily service kept everything fresh!
The pool could have been a bit deeper for more comfortable swimming. It felt shallow at times

This hotel offers excellent facilities and spacious rooms. The breakfast is rich and swimming pools are great. The restaurants have very high quality food. The staff are polite, friendly, and professional, I enjoyed my stay.
The pool service sometimes took a long time to arrive. Some items were missed during service.

Really good Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

The hotel was spotlessly clean. All fittings and furniture were in very good condition, without any tired elements. The staff were super friendly. I found the guest services helpful in planning an excursion. I valued their patience!!!
The main bar felt a bit gloomy. It was tucked away next to the lounge and not very convivial.
