charming stay!
clean rooms smart tv really good cleaning beautiful lobby
the rooms were well kept. the tv offered netflix. the cleaning service was really good. staff provided water, a thoughtful touch, on the first night! i found the hotel lobby beautiful. i liked the clean pools, the staff made them presentable every day, so nice to see.
I found the floors a bit noisy. I could hear people in the hallway.

I observed the chef preparing omelettes and pancakes fresh at breakfast. This was a nice option. they made a considerable effort with the food. the choices had enough variety.

the hotel includes a jacuzzi, though handrails are missing. the pool area had sufficient sunbeds. the pool had a good appearance with clear water. it looked clean and well kept.

reception staff and dining staff provided helpful service . the ladies were happy to help. staff remembered me from a previous visit. the staff were also friendly.

poor air conditioning subpar entertainment
I am very frustrated!!! the air conditioning was almost non-existent. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my entire stay. this. additionally, the promised entertainment was a HUGE letdown. the quality was subpar and didn't live up to expectations at all.

lovely hotel stay
high praise strong highlight
The head chef deserves the highest praise. the food was excellent. It was full of flavor. the vegetarian dishes impressed me, since they were creative and varied. definitely one of the hotel's strongest highlights!
the avlida hotel had lots of great features. the two main criticisms are the rooms, which are pretty dated. it was also annoying that the air con was switched off, even though the temp was still 24 degrees. i was given a fan for the room.

the reception staff sorted out the all-inclusive basis quickly. they put wristbands on me and ushered me into the restaurant. they ensured i had something to eat and drink before it closed, and then i officially checked in.

the hotel location is good. there is a sandy beach very close by, and there is a quick bus to the city center. there is a tomb of the kings across the road from the hotel.

the restaurant had excellent food, and the chef is very proud. the food was being replaced all the time, and there was such a huge choice to be had. the restaurant staff run things with care.

the room was clean. the bed was comfy, and the pillows were surprisingly good for a hotel. the tv is a smart tv. it comes with netflix and youtube.

the pool area is clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers and table and chairs. cosmin and yves try hard to get everyone involved in the activities. soraya runs the pool bar well.
