single beds poor noise insulation
the staff was polite and attentive , making an effort to assist guests.
The room i booked was not properly prepared. i requested a double bed , but two single beds were provided. this was quite inconvenient , as i had specifically chosen this hotel for a relaxing getaway with my partner. i also found the noise insulation lacking. Car sounds and nearby glass recycling were disruptive.

Fantastic Adult-Only Hotel
luxurious sunbeds long towel free beach bag plastic glasses
I found the sun beds very luxurious. They featured thick mattresses. Pool towels were long. They actually fit the sun beds. A complementary beach bag waited in the room for me. Waiters brought drinks all day to the sun beds in quality hard plastic glasses.
I thought the area around the pools needed some improvement.

Food was always fresh, hot, and varied. The waiters were attentive and cleared dishes quickly.

The rooms included a kettle, tea, coffee, and toiletries. Rooms were cleaned well every day. I observed that all hotel areas remained super clean. There were luxurious sunbeds with thick mattresses at each of the three pools.

helpful staff delicious food daily replenishment poolside music door card shower enclosure
The staff were very helpful . The food had great variety and tasted delicious. My room was cleaned every day. Water, tea, and coffee were replenished daily (a nice touch!).
There was no music around the pool area. It seemed like something was missing. I had problems with my room door card needing to be reset regularly. The shower enclosure had a design flaw. The bathroom floor flooded every night.
