the location was indeed excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

There was a significant leak in my room when it rained. staff just placed a bucket next to the bed to catch the water. plus, during my three-night stay, they never changed the bed covers. That's pretty gross

I was very happy that we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel organized a surprise in our room with cake and balloons. the location is excellent. We could easily walk to many attractions including the hagia sophia and blue mosque. the breakfast was rich with a very big variety. Everyone found something to their taste. the staff were polite.

There was a slight leak in our room during the rain. They placed a bucket next to the bed to catch the water.

inconsistent service left me wanting more

indifferent staffineffective air conditioning

the reception staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. i had booked a room with a specific view, but i was initially given a room looking at a wall. The air conditioning wasn't effective either. it took some effort to get a different room and it wasn't a pleasant process.
