the hotel provides direct access to ibn battuta mall and transport options. my corner room in tower b was spacious and newly renovated. i appreciated the walk-in closet and the very wide bed.
i noticed some noise from the highway due to imperfect window sealing.

the location was convenient since the hotel is connected to the mall.
The air conditioning in the non-smoking standard double room was problematic. Even set at 24 degrees, it felt much colder, more like 18 degrees. i found the female reception staff to be unhelpful and seemingly uninformed.

i found the direct access to ibn battuta mall very convenient. the metro station access is also close to the hotel. the room service was great, and they always supplied fresh towels. i thought the air conditioning worked very well, it kept the room cool.

I found the location ideal for accessing both the mall and public transportation. The connectivity made getting around very simple. The room offered adequate space for my needs. a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. I also really liked having direct access to various shopping and dining options within the connected mall. The staff members that I encountered were very friendly and provided efficient service.
The decor in the room felt a little dated. Some modernization would improve the overall ambiance.

Breakfast included a nice selection of fruits such as watermelon, melon, and pineapple. There were also cooked items. Dinner featured varied options like fish, meat, side dishes, and vegetables, providing enough choices for a satisfying meal. Desserts were also available.

The room was adequately sized. It was clean with a comfortable bed for restful sleep. I also noticed there were no tissue boxes in the room. I had to ask the staff to bring them. Drawers under the safe did not allow full door opening. This made accessing the other side of the cupboard difficult.
