I stayed at this hotel for one night after a long flight. The facilities were clean. The staff was GOOD. It was a SUPER convenient stop before moving on to my vacation resort the next day.
The room carpets emitted a STRONG smell. The air-conditioning systems did not work well. I struggled with this problem and could not open the windows for fresh air. They were screwed shut.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the airport shuttle service ran often. the food at the on-site restaurant, m social, was tasty and beautifully displayed.
i had a BAD SMELL in the bathroom . the toilet didn't flush well, and the washbasin drained slowly. this issue needed to be addressed.

customer service excelled across all departments. the concierge, breakfast team, reception, and housekeeping staff were friendly. they were attentive and worked hard to ensure guest comfort .

the room included a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and soft pillows. a well-stocked minibar was available with a variety of beverages and snacks. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels, and a rainfall shower.

the pool area included ample seating with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. the fitness center featured modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. there were several on-site dining options, including a mexican restaurant and an english pub.

the hotel is near the airport, which makes it very convenient. shuttle busses go there every 40 minutes. this makes travel to and from flights easy and efficient for every guest.

great valueexcellent facilities
the location proved a great value. staff members were very professional, kind and always willing to help. i found a huge comfortable bed and a quiet room, allowing restful sleep after my long flight. the staff were very attentive and friendly. the hotel is very clean and modern with excellent facilities.
the room was quite dark.

the pool area was nice i saw many people there sunbathing
the airport shuttle was unreliable i waited over an hour it was supposed to arrive every 40 minutes i ended up taking a taxi it was annoying to deal with this after a long flight the room carpets looked old they should replace them

the gym was well equipped , it had everything i needed for a quick workout.
the check-in process was slow , and the staff seemed overwhelmed. i could hear the constant dinging and people talking late into the night , this made it difficult to sleep.
