The housekeeping staff kept our Beautiful King Room Balcony immaculate. They changed sheets daily and arranged our belongings neatly. I appreciated the excellent service throughout my stay. The attention to detail really stood out and the staff remembered my name and preferences.
The gym equipment showed some wear. Several machines required maintenance, it impacted my workout routine.

I really appreciated housekeeping coming twice daily to keep my room tidy. the staff at caravan were friendly, especially monalisha, goncalo, and jasmine. the pool area is fabulous, and the restaurants amaseena, tamoka and splendido are all great. the pool was great. but the lounge was amazing!

The hotel offers convenient access to taxis. The hotel's location near the tram station simplifies travel. Pools featured refreshing fruit treats and cooled water. Dining at Blue Jade provided amazing food and great service, I enjoyed every moment there.
Pillows felt too soft even after requesting firmer ones, it affected my sleep. The hotel should consider to add variety of pillows. This would enhance the comfort during the entire stay.
