The location has a supermarket and pharmacy a short walk away. I found it convenient. The staff is very attentive. They remembered my name. The rooftop pool area offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The room thermostat needed adjustment. The water temperature was intermittent.

the central location proved acceptable for my business needs.
my prebooked room was not ready until 5pm, which i found unacceptable. upon finally entering, an overwhelming smell of cigarettes permeated the space. this necessitated a room change and another two-hour wait (i had meetings planned).

the breakfast had a fantastic spread of options.
the concierge service was not good. i had a parcel that needed to be delivered, and i informed them specifically to call me when it arrived, as i needed to provide an otp.. unfortunately, the delivery failed twice because they never called. i ended up leaving without my parcel.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. it had many international dishes and fresh pastries. the pool area was also very nice. It provided a calm escape. i also used the spa services. They were quite rejuvenating
the location was not ideal! the surroundings were not very nice. there was no real restaurant inside the hotel. basic amenities were sometimes missing, like chopsticks when i ordered noodles.
