a tender embrace in the heart of the city

I found a good perfume shop named asrar (it was a hidden gem!). the fragrances were unique, and the owner provided an really good experience. amir at reception also enhanced my stay. His professionalism made everything seamless. his attention.
the noise levels from corporate events were a little disruptive at times. the music often continued late into the night, impacting sleep quality. it was a shame because everything else was so lovely.

The breakfast restaurant had an excellent and varied selection. The reception staff were cooperative and helpful. I was impressed with the level of attention and assistance provided.
I encountered a long wait for check-in, and then waited over an hour to get both rooms. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, I noticed dust on the table and hair in the bathroom.

the location was convenient with the mall connection i found it so easy to shop and dine. i had an excellent dinner the service was top notch the view was very good the food was perfect i will return for another beautiful experience.
i experienced a slight delay during check in but the team completely made up for it they were very kind and efficient.
