fantastic stay near the creek

i really liked my stay there the staff greeted me warmly and check-in went smoothly i got a complimentary voucher and late checkout which was great the breakfast offered a good variety i enjoyed the location close to the creek i would definitely stay again. i must say that the staff was very helpful and solved every issue i had. the room was very clean and spacious and had everything i needed. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well every night. i loved the creek view from my window. it was nice to wake up to that every morning. the gym was well-equipped and the pool looked very inviting. i had no time to use them though. i saw that the hotel has a shuttle to the mall and the beach. this is a nice service for the guests. i was very happy with the rewards i got . the discounted vouchers and the complimentary coffee. i felt valued as a guest. the late checkout was also very convenient. it allowed me to relax and enjoy my last morning.

the lighting near the wardrobe was slightly dim making it a bit difficult to see the clothes inside but everything was fine.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted

hard rice key malfunction

The breakfast buffet presented some issues, i found the selection quite repetitive over my stay. the asian cuisine, in particular, needed improvement. The stir-fried rice was consistently hard. additionally, the room keys malfunctioned on the last day, this required multiple trips to reception. it was quite inconvenient.

vague schedule leaky faucet

I was a bit disappointed with the room i received i booked a beautiful twin room creek view daily shuttle to dcc mall kite beach. the promised daily shuttle never materialized. I inquired at the front desk several times but they were always vague about the schedule. the bathroom had a leaky faucet i reported it but it wasn't fixed during my 4 night stay.
