I was a bit disappointed with the room i received. i booked a creek view room, but it reminded me of i only had a partial view. the furnishings seemed quite average and the carpet looked very old. I think it's time for a replacement. also, i noticed some black spots on the edges of the shower room, something i didn't expect from a hotel with this rating. these details detracted from an otherwise good experience.

the breakfast had a good variety. the accommodations were certainly well-kept and provided a comfortable stay overall. i also found the staff consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and were very attentive. the location was quite convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.
the government was working on the creek right outside the hotel. this created very loud noise right by the pool and rooms facing the creek. i felt the pool was unusable due to the external noise and i only had one night.

The breakfast was well organized and presented. The staff were very kind.
The room did not meet expectations. I believe I was not given a full creek view room, but just a partial view. The carpet looks very old. It seems time to replace it. Shower room edges were black in many places. I didn't expect this for a hotel of this supposed standard (i. e. 5 stars).
