helpful staff train station untrackable option apple watch
the staff were helpful i appreciated that the hotel was close to a train station
i stayed in march 2024 after a business trip i accidentally left my apple watch in my room i contacted the front office and they confirmed they had found my watch they shipped it using the cheapest untrackable option and i never received it.

i stayed in a master suite with a balcony. the room was huge!!! i found a large selection of different types of pillows available.
the gym seemed a bit crowded during peak hours.

breakfast option gym facility friendly staff small room high water pressure re-supply issue
the breakfast was good. it had quite a few options, including fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. the staff was friendly (i especially liked how helpful the concierge was).
my room was a bit small. the water pressure in the toilet was high, and it flushed with a lot of force. room cleaning did not include re-supplying water or toothpaste unless i asked (it would have been nice to have these automatically replenished).

distant wing wet floor
The staff were mostly okay. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices.
My room was in the East Wing and it was much farther from the main building than I expected. Getting there was like a trek through a tunnel! The room itself felt pretty basic for what I paid and the shower allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor. That was very frustrating.

Really good stay
good design friendly staff great bar
The interior design shows good taste, I liked the spa facilities and beautiful rooms. Staff members were friendly and helpful, this makes a difference. The bar staff were great, they chatted and joked. I felt that they remembered me every time I returned.
The sound proofing was less excellent than I would have liked. Some external noise did permeate into the room.

The hotel offers easy access to the city center, I used the mountain trails, these provided a convenient option for outdoor walks. The hotel's placement allowed quick trips downtown and hiking paths.

A shuttle was available, this brought me out to maim station upon request. The staff addressed all my requests with efficiency, I found they were really friendly. I am grateful.

slow service small room
The spa area was welcome.
Unfortunately, my stay had several issues. The service felt unorganized and slow. My request for a simple item took an unreasonably long time. The room, while clean, was smaller than I anticipated. (Maybe I should have booked a bigger one?)

the bed was supremely comfortable. the shower facilities were great. the room design was stylish and functional. the complimentary pick-up service from the station was efficient and convenient.
the signage for the changing rooms was unclear. this caused confusion, and i witnessed multiple instances of guests entering the wrong changing room. clearer labeling would improve the guest experience.
