burnt item lukewarm food
The room was cleaned daily by a maid. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was not consistently good. Some items at breakfast seemed burnt (especially the bacon). The temperature was also a problem. Food was sometimes lukewarm or cold and I had to reheat it in a microwave. It was annoying.

a balanced stay

stocked mini bar english channels friendly staff ineffective air conditioning lukewarm food microwave reheating
the room was clean and modern (i stayed in a double or twin room). it had a large flat screen tv with english channels. the mini bar was stocked with drinks and snacks, all included with the all inclusive package. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning was not very effective. some days the room temperature was too warm, even with the air con set low. the food was sometimes lukewarm at the buffet. i often had to use the microwave to reheat my meals, which i found inconvenient.
