The staff showed real warmth and friendliness. It was a lovely touch. the location was very convenient, close to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast offered a GREAT variety. I also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. EVERY detail was taken care of and the room was clean, the towels soft. but the breakfast was delicious!
My room's window had some issues. It wouldn't fully lock. it opened onto a terrace, and i found that concerning.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace and a pool. It really enhances the experience. there is a spa available, BUT i did not have time to use it. the location is perfect with easy access to central areas.

the room had a powerful, hot shower and included complimentary toiletries. the minibar was stocked with free refreshments . the room was spacious WITH a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night.

the check in process was very smooth and i got a free room upgrade. the rooftop bar and pool area were beautiful with good drinks. hotel staff were always helpful and polite to guests. the room included a comfy bed, a bath, a shower. english tv channels.
the coffee machine at breakfast was really disappointing. some guests got barista-made coffees, it was not clear if these were included in the room rate.

the hotel location made walking to the city center simple. it was close to a station, providing access to a bus to the airport. the hotel's central position provided straightforward access to various city amenities.

the rooftop pool and bar offered excellent relaxation. the towels provided near the pool were of good quality. the rooms were super clean, and cleaning occurred every day. i found the mini bar to be a lovely extra treat.
