the room wasn't exactly super clean , i found some surfaces a bit dusty upon arrival. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough , even at its lowest setting, the temperature only dropped to 25 degrees. loud music from a nearby hotel also made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

the staff were excellent, with special mentions to sonja, andres, and both albas. breakfasts provided plenty of choice and delicious options. i found the evening meals also had a great variety, and the desserts were particularly good.

i found the competition for sunbeds around the pool area frustrating. guests often reserved them early, this made it difficult to find available loungers later in the day. this issue impacted my overall relaxation .

the hotel featured a supermarket opposite the entrance, very convenient for necessities. pool towels were readily available to use, that eliminated the need to bring your own. i noticed the hotel showed commitment to more sustainable practices.

I appreciated the friendly staff. Alba and Jesus were especially great. The food was very good and I enjoyed having many fresh options. Its location is perfect, it is very near the sea.

The rooms are noisy. I could hear people talking and walking around. The sunbeds were an issue. People put towels out very early. The hotel does not offer straws, I think they should consider environmentally friendly options.

I adored the hotel. It was so impeccably clean. jesus b especially, made every meal a joy. he was always ready with a smile and couldn't do enough to help. the hotel definitely deserves all its stars!!!

The pool area was the only downside. It felt a little cramped. finding a sunbed reminded me of a morning race. people were reserving beds early.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and i really liked the fresh orange juice. the location was good because the beach was so close. the staff were friendly, particularly the reception team, they even helped me rent a car.

i did find that there weren't enough sun loungers around the pool. it seemed like people would reserve them early with towels, leaving them empty. the tv in my room didn't connect to the internet. this meant i couldn't use netflix.
