Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff!
friendly staff positive atmosphere convenient location dietary accommodation
The staff, especially Juan, Barto, Raul, Dani, and Maria, provided excellent and friendly service. Milena, the DJ, and Deme, from entertainment, also added to the positive atmosphere. Emilio and Juan in the kitchen accommodated our dietary requirements. The hotel's location is very convenient, with short walks to both the town and the beach.
The all-inclusive option includes very basic drinks (I think upgrading to premium spirits and proper espresso coffee would be worth it).

Our junior suite had a spacious and clean setup. It also featured a terrace on the first floor. This room provided a comfortable and well-kept environment (I especially appreciated the cleanliness!).

The staff members were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with recommendations. The bar staff, including Juan, Barto, Raul, Dani, and Maria offered really good service. Their attentiveness significantly enhanced my stay.

The hotel grounds include an adults-only area on the second floor and a garden area complete with sunbeds. A quieter chill-out zone features ample seating and hammocks. The pool has a good size with steps for entry and exit.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff attentive staff fun atmosphere
the bar staff were so friendly and always attentive to our needs. there was entertainment staff present throughout the day and evening. they kept the atmosphere fun for everyone. i found that to make full use of the facilities, it's worth paying for the premium package.
I noticed there were only stairs leading to the pool. This was a little tricky when we needed to navigate prams.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very modern! our room overlooked the sea, an amazing View. it included a minibar and a safe.

The buffet had a wide selection. The food was fresh every day. meat and fish options were available. There was freshly barbecued salmon. many vegetables and salad options completed the service.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach. It is close to many shops. i thought this was very convenient! it offers easy access to local amenities.

poor food bad soundproofing
The staff was friendly enough I guess.
The food was not excellent I'd say. I also wasn't thrilled with the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Loud neighbors disrupted my sleep.
