I really loved the breakfast. There were tons of choices available, it was awesome. The pools were also great. I found plenty of sunbeds. The hotel location was perfect. Free parking next to the hotel was very handy!
The air conditioning was terrible! It was really hot at night. The dinner buffet felt a little repetitive. I think ball games should be banned in the pool. A ball hit me in the face causing bruising.

i certainly liked this place. the staff, including libby, daniela, fran, and juan-jose, were very friendly. the hotel was spotlessly clean. its location was a short walk to local restaurants and the beach. i also enjoyed the bars and dining options.
the saloon bar reminded me of a crèche in the evening. children were running around even after the child activities ended at 9 pm. thankfully, the skybar provided a more adult atmosphere. the hotel should find a way to better manage the atmosphere in the saloon bar during those hours.

the hotel has several pools and well maintained gardens. there is a rooftop bar, the perfect spot to end the evening. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, ensuring guests have ample workout options.

breakfast had a good variety of choices. the food quality was ok. the hotel offers various dining options, including a skybar with great views. the restaurant offers many seating options.

the hotel is near several restaurants and shops. it is also close to the beach. the alcudia bus stops right outside the hotel. the town train stop is also located nearby.

the room included a big balcony with room enough for three people plus a desk. rooms are cleaned daily. the bathroom was clean. the room had lots of storage making it easy to keep organized.
