The breakfast times were good. I found the best cup of tea i have ever had abroad.
The pictures displayed on the website were nothing like what i got. the hotel and rooms are old. They are run down and in need of serious refurbishment. our daughter's room had horrific old red carpet. It stunk of smoke.

the front desk staff helped us plan our holiday. lots of options were available at breakfast.
The inside spa pool was in a poor state. I cut my foot on missing tiles. the outside jacuzzi wasn't working. Jets were rusty.

the room was spacious with nice views.
I found that the tv didn't connect smart devices to the mobile. at dinner, the service was bad. It took almost an hour to get our drink order taken (the entrees arrived before the drinks). so many issues left me quite dissatisfied with my stay (i found this very annoying).

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel was more beautiful than the pictures suggested. the rooms and spa were also beautiful.
the tennis court was in poor condition. the hotel needs some refreshing. i found the breakfast selection small and the coffee awful.
