I was charmed by how modern and clean everything was! the staff were super friendly. Polly gave very nice service. the hotel's location is great. It is only a short walk to cafes and supermarkets. i really appreciated the attentiveness .
the ac in my room didn't seem to work well. this made it difficult to regulate the temperature to my liking. this caused some minor discomfort .

breakfast had a good selection with freshly prepared options and polite staff. i had afternoon drinks in the hotel restaurant. the prices were reasonable. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff members were friendly and efficient. The room was perfect and had comfortable beds and a window seat. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. Great toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap were provided.
The rooms are smaller than expected. I booked a room with a balcony, but it felt cramped.

The hotel is close to the bus station and within walking distance of the historic center. Several restaurants , supermarkets and other amenities are also easily accessible from the hotel location.

The staff provided complimentary water and soft drinks upon my arrival. They readily assisted with calling taxis and providing directions to local attractions. I found this level of service very attentive.

mixed experience, some issues with amenities
small saunamissing robe
the spa was pretty small it felt more like a foot bath than a real spa the sauna was tiny too barely enough room for one person to sit comfortably hotel slippers and robes were missing from my room even though i had access to the spa every day. i had to call to order drinks at the bar on the fifth floor since it was often unmanned the breakfast selection got old after a few days it needed more variety

The hotel is in a great location. I could walk to most places i wanted to see and that was acceptable.
The pool was small. I thought it would be bigger. there were not enough sunbeds around the pool, and i had to wait before i could lie down. the breakfast options were limited and got old after a couple of mornings, it become repetitive.
