The rooms are spacious and modern with great storage. A gorgeous bathroom is also included. Food was delicious and great quality.
I found the spa needed a little maintenance and upkeep. The hotel is not a true five-star hotel. This rating does not seem deserved.

i found the location convenient , offering direct beach access. the staff consistently showed warmth and efficiency , from the front desk to the restaurant. my room was thoroughly cleaned daily , which i greatly appreciated.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointments

unusable wi-fi rude staff
The location is right on the beach, so access was very easy.
The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable. I could not load attachments in my work emails. Streaming videos was also impossible, and the hotel claims to be 5 stars. the staff acted like those you would find in a lower-rated hotel, maybe two or three stars at best.

mold shower early deliveries
the location are ideal, the hotel it self not much. my ocean view premium beautiful room it had two small balconies. those balconies were noisy because of deliveries starting at 6:30 a.m. the shower had mold. the hotel said it was fully booked, but it seemed like my room have not see cleaning for some time.

hotel lift beach towels
the room was an ocean view suite and it felt really big. the dedicated parking was easy to access to the hotel lift, that was great. i also found beach towels for the pool, which i think is so convenient!
finding the reception on the 6th floor was not easy.
