The building has a beautiful and unique design. The outside pool was a great feature. I also liked the seafood restaurant, Nunce, across the street (it was excellent).

The breakfast buffet did not have a wide selection. The hotel has poor soundproofing. I could hear the train outside, disturbing, but bearable.

The air conditioning was problematic . it did not function properly, causing discomfort at night. the staff's response was not ideal. I felt there was a lack of transparency regarding the repair status. i expected better communication and a more proactive solution from a hotel of this supposed standard.
