amazing stafffantastic sizecoffee creammain areas
the staff was amazing. sheila at reception was particularly helpful and kind (i really appreciated her assistance). the room was also a fantastic size.
i stayed for four nights. the cream and coffee weren't replenished, even after i left the drawer out. the location was fairly out of the main areas with pubs, so many ubers were needed.

the rooms have a good size and were well cleaned. the receptionist was always present. i found it easy to park in the surroundings. i really enjoyed my stay and its proximity to attractions.
the coffee at breakfast could be improved. the brioches were not very fresh either.

The hotel provided complimentary water daily which I appreciated. I found the bed to be very large with a firm mattress. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room for better sleep. Checkout was at noon which allowed a relaxed departure.

The hotel provided free bicycles for daytime use enabling guests to explore the area. The gym had a selection of equipment providing options for exercise. There was an Aldi supermarket located very close to the hotel too.

The staff were very polite. Staff were also friendly. They gave us cake and sparkling wine for free because it was my wife's birthday. The welcome from the reception staff was good.

the hotel sent me a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to my room because it was my birthday, so awesome! the staff were always friendly and ready to help, which i really liked. the room was modern and very clean. i had a super wide double bed.
the cream and coffee in my room weren't refilled after the first night, even after i left the drawer open. darn!

the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke english very well, which i appreciate. the bartender was cheerful and nice, always ready with a smile. i noticed the staff took extra care cleaning tables in the breakfast room, a nice detail.
