The breakfast was great. It had everything I could possibly want to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Sandro, who gave us some great tourist information). Dinner in the lounge was also superb with family style dining.
The room I had was on the top floor, so I could hear the planes landing every few minutes. This made it difficult to rest, especially in the early morning. The bathroom was a little run-down. The carpet and the bathroom itself were old.

The included breakfast offered extensive choices. I appreciated the wine and cheese delivered to my room shortly after I checked in. It was a great personal touch. The staff members were ALWAYS helpful and friendly, answering any questions that I had.
I found the temperature controls to be tricky. I could never quite get it right, resulting in some discomfort. there were not enough easily accessible outlets in the room.

The hotel provided a spa and jacuzzi. I especially loved them. Live music added a special touch. The hotel is also located within close walking distance to the metro line, so getting around was EASY!!!

I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant, and the food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast offered a manned egg station and a very good spread. The bar made welcome drinks available, a cheerful delight.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly . The service throughout the hotel, including reception, breakfast, and housekeeping, reached par excellence. The staff always went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

The room decor seemed quite outdated, a stark contrast to the lobby. The hairdryer could barely dry a postage stamp. parking seemed like navigating a sardine can. Tight and expensive.

The breakfast had high quality items and it felt sufficient. Everything was there. the bar and lobby held such comfort and high quality. the bar staff, reception, and breakfast staff, they satisfied me. i enjoyed the spa facility after my tiring trip, and the massage was very nice.
i noticed a bit too much mold in the bathroom between tiles, though the cleanliness was generally good.

plane noisenoisy ventilation
the noise from planes was constant. they flew overhead frequently. the windows did little to block the sound. it was difficult to rest properly. the room's ventilation system was also noisy, i found it quite distracting.
