the hotel features modern elegant decor. indirect lighting is used throughout the hotel including the rooms. all staff were helpful from the front desk to the restaurant.
i noticed a ticketing system for pool towels that was somewhat inconvenient no towels were available in the changing room and indoor pool area.

the hotel is very close to the metro station. this provides easy access to the airport via the red line. the location allowed quick transport to different parts of the city.

the breakfast had good options. i found a varied and generous buffet. freshly cooked items were available too. the location was great for me. it had easy access to public transport.

The breakfast was ok. Options were available each morning, THAT'S true.
The shower area was not properly cleaned . A towel brushed the sides of the shower and had black residue. Pieces of black buildup even fell off the wall as I showered, GROSS. the shower drained slowly. It created a pool of standing water.

The staff surprised us, as they decorated our room for the anniversary. they gave us rose cava, such a lovely gesture! the breakfast provided plentiful choices. the hotel is beside a metro station. This made travel simple.
the electricity card reader did not work, it kept switching off! even after i complained, it still occurred.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

The staff was friendly and spoke english well.
The room was not what i expected. The shower door did not close properly so the bathroom floor flooded each time the shower was used. The area also was not convenient for walking to points of interest.
