The location seemed like a dream, it allowed easy exploring of the city. It was very close to the historic district. The staff were nice, always with smiles and helpful. Their kindness.
The ventilation in the bathroom just didn't work. After a shower, the mirror was dripping wet. The shower glass had a strange opening. The internal door to the hallway did not close correctly.

the hotel has a good location near the main square.
I booked the spa but it was not great. the sauna wasn't warm, and the lights were off. i found little flies in the spa's shower. also, the shower drain in the hotel room was clogged.

this hotel location was really good. i walked to several landmarks nearby. the front desk gave me good directions and a city map for me. i was happy with my room size. the included breakfast had many choices for food and drinks.
the gym did not have air conditioning. this made my workout uncomfortable.

the staff was always available at the front desk. they provided quick answers to questions. i requested extra towels, and they arrived in ten minutes. the staff also helped me book a taxi to the airport.

the breakfast buffet had many options. there were scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. fresh fruit and pastries were available. the coffee machine made cappuccinos and lattes quickly.

The hotel staff were attentive. I especially appreciated the guided tour of the museum within the hotel. It was very informative. I found the breakfast to be varied with many choices.

The staff were friendly. The location was super convenient.
The room faced the back, resulting in early morning noise from garbage trucks and hotel services. Slippers for the spa were unavailable. I was unable to get a guaranteed late check-out, even for a fee. This was a significant inconvenience.

i appreciated the hotel's meticulous excavation of ancient Roman ruins. the private tour offered daily at 10am was informative. the location is walkable to many attractions. it's also slightly removed from the hustle and bustle.
The pillows were NOT of good quality for a 5-star hotel.
