Really good Hotel Experience

always ready to assist with any requests i had. i found the orange cake in the lounge a good touch , a perfect afternoon snack after exploring. the proximity to rossio train station was useful , allowing easy access to sintra and other destinations.
i noticed the room lacked blackout curtains , which let in a lot of light early in the morning.

the hotel has a heated pool kept at a comfortable 26 degrees and a spa, available for private use, includes a sauna, turkish bath, and jacuzzi. the breakfast area is exquisite , with enthusiastic staff providing prompt service, and is located near the rossio train station.

my room was spacious and beautifully furnished, and the towels were of excellent quality. the room also had a seating area , a work desk, and complimentary toiletries. each room had an in-room safe for secure storage of valuables.

The staff booked tours and taxis and that service was fine.
The room lacked proper curtains and let in too much light early. Hot water ran out quickly so second showers turned cold. I expected better given the hotel's rating and price.

attentive stafflovely courtyard
The staff assisted us in locating an uber! it was quite thoughtful of them. rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was also a plus. we also enjoyed the breakfast. They served custard tarts there!
