The staff was very supportive when i got sick at the beginning of my stay, providing extra pillows and water as needed.
i was definitely disappointed. i tried the gym two days. one day there was no water in the water cooler. the second day there were no cups. it reminded me of a letdown (it should be maintained better).

The hotel had a lovely indoor pool. I found the sauna especially useful after a day of tours. The location was convenient for accessing the main shopping street. I found the staff helpful and nice.
I observed the gym lacked water in the water cooler one day. The next day, i noticed there were no cups. The room service did not provide a refill for Kleenex. They skipped the water bottle per day.

The gym lacked basic amenities. I went twice and found the water cooler empty one day and no cups available the next. room service also missed several items daily. They skipped kleenex refills, water bottles, and a full towel set. i even had to ask multiple times for coffee pods.

this location is superb! i could walk to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions with ease. breakfast was delicious, with a wide array of options. the staff was helpful, especially with recommending excellent local restaurants for dinner.
the minibar prices felt a little high.

i thought this hotel was alright, but i did run into a few issues. the gym water cooler was empty one day, then another day there werent any cups to use. room service was kind of lacking. i didnt receive a refill of tissues, and the staff kept forgetting to leave enough water bottles and towels. i never got any slippers in my room either.
