great variety helpful staff spacious room
the breakfast had a lot of variety the staff was helpful and attentive. they arranged for an upgrade to a room with a bath for my daughter. the cocktail selection was fabulous and the room was spacious and plush.

excellent stay with a minor hiccup
smooth process welcome drink excellent service
the check-in process was smooth. i enjoyed the welcome drink. the breakfast was great. the room had nice extras including nuts, chocolates, bath robes, and drinks. the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. i would definitely return.

The hotel sits on a high part of town with terraces and greenery. It offers beautiful views. it is somewhat far from the center for walking, so plan for alternative transport. the setting is peaceful.

nice stay in a superb location
attentive staff easy access special touch massage treatment
the staff were very attentive and helpful. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the views from the hotel added a special touch. i found the massage treatments booked to be really good.
the pool area was undergoing some maintenance, so a section was closed unexpectedly. it meant fewer loungers were available in the afternoons.

Breakfast service offered many options and was very good. i loved the restaurant area because of the amazing views. the dining patio overlooks the city. It also had garden views.

The hotel is perched high above the hills. the building is an historic and beautiful location. the funicular steps are only steps away. It is very private. it is a great spot for a city trip
