The breakfast was quite crowded and felt chaotic. it seemed the staff struggled to manage the number of guests present. also, i found the air conditioning in my room to be quite erratic. It would switch between too cold and not working at all. it made for an uncomfortable night.

The breakfast buffet presented a very wide range of choices, I found it flawless. The hotel staff placed new glass bottles of water in the room every day. The rooms are large and modern, I observed that they are very clean. (I enjoyed my stay.)

I noticed that the carpets on floor 2 could use some replacement.

the indoor spa area offered instant relaxation, and the rooftop pool provided fine views. heated, it was perfect even for cooler evenings. the rooms included thoughtful touches, like turn-down service and complimentary water. the shower had three options with amazing pressure!

i found that the hotel could be a bit noisy. plane noises overhead were quite noticeable, especially from the rooftop. it was distracting, as the hotel is located near a flight path.

breakfast was really good here, providing many healthy options. i saw coconut chia pudding, fruit based pudding type options, and even crème brûlée! also there was a vast selection of breads, meats, cheeses, and exotic fruit.

the staff was friendly and very attentive. bellboys were nice and service minded. customer service in every area of the hotel was just fantastic. the staff felt genuinely invested in.!!

the room was clean and contained a king size bed and a couch. a table with chairs and a desk was also in the room. decorations seemed upscale. the bathroom included a private bidet and toilet room. a large tub and shower.

i stayed for four nights and found excellent service, especially during breakfast. antonio, our server, did a great job. they arranged a driver to pick us up at the cruise terminal and stored our luggage until the rooms were ready. a guest relations staff member provided a city map with wonderful recommendations.

the pool was often busy.
