Excellent Regency Experience
full kitchen attentive staff good buffet
This hotel provided a washer and dryer in the room. This was useful. The staff were attentive. The breakfast buffet included a la carte items from the menu. I found this to be good value.

good hotel, minor issues
large rooms washer dryer separate bedroom water purifier
the rooms were large. it had a washer and dryer. a separate bedroom for the kids was there. i appreciate the water purifier machine in the room. the gym had good equipment.
there weren't any bellman to help with the bags when I arrived. parking on the side was somewhat difficult. i needed to find someone inside to assist.

i tried the viceversa restaurant and the food was ADMIRABLE. the location is fine. staff members were very friendly. they seemed eager to please the guests. that helped enjoy our time there.
