convenient tramvery good experiencerelaxing area
I stayed for some days, and the tram stop across the street proved convenient. the breakfast offered a very good experience. I especially noticed others enjoying sparkling wine early in the morning. the spa visit was worth it. The pool and relaxation area matched the vibe i needed for my trip.
The room lacked a balcony, though it was advertised.

the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The carpet had some stains. the furniture was worn and smeared. I informed reception about these issues, but no action happened.

I was annoyed by a couple of things. The pillows were SOOO uncomfortable. They gave me a neck ache EVERY morning. the coffee machine was missing. I EXPECTED one in a hotel of this caliber. I really wanted a good cup of coffee in my room.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
My room looked like it needed upgrades. I saw cracks on the countertop in the bathroom. the hot water sometimes turned off by itself. This was frustrating when I needed to shower quickly.
