Our two bedroom family suite was quite spacious i must say. the breakfast buffet had so much variety which was really cool. i really appreciated the location. It was close to public transport.
The noise was a big issue. I could hear people talking in the next room. the room had this musty smell i guess because the furniture needed cleaning. also, i noticed mold in many places in the spa. it was very concerning

The location was good. I found the sitting area inside and outside to be nice. i used the car parking, it was very convenient. the staff were really good.
The gym wasn't great for a five-star hotel. some cardio machines were out of order one day. on another visit, people were changing clothes there with bags and makeup everywhere. the main resistance machine was not working. Also there was no water available.

The room was super clean and looked completely new. A clean modern design enhanced the comfort of my stay. The hotel boasts excellent features, from elegant hallways to a beautifully maintained pool area. The gym was excellent too.

The hotel location is central. It made access to various attractions quite easy. I found the cleanliness to be at a high standard. The staff were generally helpful .
There was noticeable noise during the early morning. The gym equipment looked limited for a hotel of this rating. I found only a few loungers available at the pool area.
