The hotel's design caught my eye upon arrival. i stayed in the luxury king room music garden view. It was very spacious. the bed provided great comfort. the room included a virtual fireplace which added warmth. the staff was very cute.

The payment process was problematic. A precharge remained on my account for over a week. This blocked funds UNNECESSARILY. Staff blamed others for the error. There was no apology and no immediate refund of the multiple charges. I advise paying in full upon arrival to avoid precharge issues.
