a really good stay.
unique design spacious room great comfort cute staff
The hotel's design caught my eye upon arrival. i stayed in the luxury king room music garden view. It was very spacious. the bed provided great comfort. the room included a virtual fireplace which added warmth. the staff was very cute.

the hotel is centrally located, which makes key sights walkable. it is adjacent to a significant landmark and a short walk from public transport. anything you could want is next to you or within a 10-minute walk.

The hotel offers a car service with professional drivers. the arrival was warm. We were offered coffee. every staff member was very cute.

delicious food friendly staff comfortable bed
the room included a comfortable bed i slept soundly each night. the included breakfast offered many choices the food was delicious. the staff was helpful and friendly.
the elevator was sometimes slow it caused a minor delay.

payment process long precharge
The payment process was problematic. A precharge remained on my account for over a week. This blocked funds UNNECESSARILY. Staff blamed others for the error. There was no apology and no immediate refund of the multiple charges. I advise paying in full upon arrival to avoid precharge issues.
