delicious food friendly staff comfortable bed
the room included a comfortable bed i slept soundly each night. the included breakfast offered many choices the food was delicious. the staff was helpful and friendly.
the elevator was sometimes slow it caused a minor delay.

payment process long precharge
The payment process was problematic. A precharge remained on my account for over a week. This blocked funds UNNECESSARILY. Staff blamed others for the error. There was no apology and no immediate refund of the multiple charges. I advise paying in full upon arrival to avoid precharge issues.
