i was pleased that the room had both a minibar and a safe i found the availability of slippers a nice addition the room was an executive double. breakfast included a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts fresh pastries were also available each morning
the gym was quite small with limited equipment this meant i sometimes had to wait to use a machine

I found the location to be excellent. It was so close to St Stephens Basilica. The breakfast was delicious. It included a wide variety of tasty dishes. The staff members are very friendly. They assisted me with directions with a smile.
I find the air conditioning to be challenging. You cannot adjust the settings yourself. You must call the front desk for changes. these changes never really seemed to work correctly

The breakfast selection had many options. It included both hot and cold choices. The restaurant becomes a Michelin guide restaurant in the evening. It provides a great dining experience for its guests.

The hotel features a gym with modern equipment. There is also a small jacuzzi available . I found these amenities well-kept. They contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were exemplary and very attentive. Máté at reception was especially helpful. Shomee the restaurant manager also provided great service. I found them both very professional.
