Acceptable stay with a significant letdown
The location is excellent, providing easy access to many attractions.
I was quite disappointed that the in-room safe malfunctioned and was not fixed promptly despite reporting it. This raised security concerns for my valuables and put me on edge.

underwhelming experience at a pricey hotel
slow service unexpected charge
I wasn't impressed with breakfast. the selection felt limited, and some items seemed past their best. service was slow. Staff didn't clear tables efficiently and seemed unattentive. the advertised spa access came with an extra charge i didn't expect, feeling unreasonable for a hotel charging so much.

my room was a superior double room. it featured a minibar. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the room had complimentary toiletries.
the spa required an additional fee for hotel guests to use the pool.

Central Location with Royal Views
palace view amicable staff amazing service excellent breakfast
My room upgrade to a junior suite offered views of the palace. The staff was amicable during breakfast and for evening drinks. The service was amazing . I found the breakfast venue provided an excellent start to the day, with a wide selection.
The stylish bar was often crowded making it difficult to find a seat.

The junior suite includes soft bedding and a functional coffee machine. Air conditioning worked well. A comfortable bed allowed for a good night's rest, while the newer part of the building helped minimize any outside noise.

I found the reception upon arrival to be excellent. Staff were friendly. The hotel readily stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

This hotel sits centrally, conveniently located for shopping and ferry trips. Museum Island and Gamla Stan were within walking distance. The hotel's proximity to the Royal Palace offers lovely views and quick access to key landmarks.

Acceptable stay with minor issues
friendly staff lovely view excessive fee limited choice
The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel's location on the waterfront offered lovely views. I also found the staff consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
The pool area required a fee for hotel guests, which I found excessive. Breakfast service was average, with a limited choice of fresh fruit. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed level.
