Excellent Hotel Experience
great selection attentive staff
The breakfast offered a great selection of items. The space where breakfast was served was calm and quiet. The staff was attentive to all requests. The location is convenient to many attractions like Nybroplan area and ferries, with the Vasa museum a short walk away.
The elevator was small. It only held two people with bags. I found this inconvenient at times.

The restaurant provided excellent breakfasts. I noticed guests from many countries interacting during meal times. The buffet selection provided diverse options, including hot food made to order.

adequate stay with minor issues
convenient location attached boutique breakfast selection noisy area limited storage early cleaning
the hotel location proved convenient. i found the coffee boutique attached to the hotel quite nice. the breakfast selection met my expectations.
i noticed the hotel is on a main street and near a tram line. this resulted in a fairly noisy environment. i found there was not enough storage space for clothing, specifically a lack of shelves in the bathroom. cleaning trash early in the morning also occurred once.

fresh air great view shower drain visible mold
i really enjoyed my room (a beautiful sea view room). the windows opened, which let in fresh air. the views were also great and i could watch the water.
The shower didn't drain properly. I had to shower in standing water. there was also visible mold in the shower and on the counter.

Really good Stay with Perfect Service
excellent location warm staff quality foods
I found the location of this hotel to be excellent. It is close to many attractions (just a short walk to the waterfront!). The staff members were warm and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of high-quality foods (the croissants were better than many I've had in France!).
The elevator service was occasionally slow. At times it was out of service, made using the stairs necessary (especially inconvenient when on the higher floors).

wonderful waterfront visit
helpful staff delicious crepes great shampoo
i found the staff very friendly plus helpful. murtaza at the front desk made a room available well before check-in. the breakfast staff were good and the crepes divine, i thoroughly enjoyed them. the shampoo and body wash were great quality also.
the elevator was very small plus painfully slow, using the stairs was faster.

the location is near boat, train, and tram and bus transportation. it is close to museums, shops, parks, and waterways. i walked to gamla stan in twenty minutes. djurespark was also a similar walk.

the hotel has luxurious furnishings and a luxurious feel. i found the hotel smelled fabulous consistently. the bathroom included high-quality add-ons. the hotel design had a very individual classical style.

my room had a safe for valuables it was easy to use. the breakfast included smoked salmon and a variety of cheeses it was satisfying.
the bathroom lacked towel hooks i found it slightly inconvenient
