the rooms carpet felt not properly cleaned. bathrooms was too small and honestly not what one expect from a 4 stars hotel. the shower head was dusty and full of limescale residue. the water flow was small.

the breakfast offered a large, varied selection, providing an excellent start to each day. the staff members were consistently friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any queries. the hotel provided convenient access to the city center through nearby metro and bus connections, a bus stop located directly outside made airport transfers simple.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture in the room, with a few scratches that were visible upon closer inspection.

The staff were attentive. breakfast offered many choices. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection. the room had a modern design. its cleanliness was amazing. i liked the convenient location near public transport. i found it simple to reach various city attractions.

i stayed in a superior double room i found it very spacious it had two separate sinks the breakfast was fine there was a large variety of fruits i saw vegan options too the staff were friendly polite and professional
the room lacked ventilation it was difficult to sleep because of the heat i was not the only one noticing this

i found the breakfast spread amazing with a fantastic variety. the kind staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated that there were many places to eat nearby. i can recommend the bishops arms next door and a vietnamese restaurant across the street.
the room i stayed in felt a bit outdated and did not seem as fresh as the photos. the shower corner in the bathroom had a slight design flaw. it was difficult to use the shower without getting the entire bathroom soaking wet.
