i found the location very convenient near the underground. nearby streets had many coffee shops and restaurants. after a room change, my new room proved satisfactory.
the towel quality was substandard. moreover, the room felt too small. i do not recommend this hotel due to unresolved complaints.

mixed experience due to room issues

the staff seemed friendly during checkin and checkout.
i had problems with the floor drain in the bathroom and there was flooding after a minute in the shower. after two days of complaining, someone took care of it on the third day. when i came back in the evening, it smelled like a sewer in the whole bedroom and this lasted all night.

crowded breakfastunclear announcement
The breakfast area was too crowded at times so it was difficult to find a seat. the rooms had almost no closet space, i struggled with storage. one night a fire alarm activated because of an old hairdryer. The evacuation announcement was unclear and distant. if a real fire had occurred, i doubt many would have understood the directions. that is definitely a safety concern and quite unsettling.
