The hotel parking was too expensive. i also felt the breakfast lacked enough variety. It was almost the same every day of my stay. the bathroom was also small. The shower curtain looked dirty. the bath towels seemed very old! though the location was perfect!

I can't say I was thrilled with the gym equipment. I think it could use an update! I also wasn't impressed by the limited breakfast seating. It was like a competitive sport, grabbing a table in the morning. The scramble was real. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the gym had ample space. i found the spa's saunas especially enjoyable. the staff was really good, addressing a crisis at reception with professionalism. i received a room upgrade with champagne and chocolates in celebration of an engagement (it was a wonderful gesture!).

i was disappointed with my allocated high floor room. it was only on the fifth floor out of seven (a minor letdown).

I enjoyed the spa facilities. They were clean and spacious. the location worked well! it was close to toompea castle. the hotel also has a patisserie, a bar, and a restaurant, a nice feature.

the room was quiet, though the air felt stale because the windows don't open and hvac was disabled.

the air conditioning in the room did not work, and it was warm. we got a small table fan from the hotel reception, but it did not help much. the extra bed intended for a child over 10 years old was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs
