The location was acceptable it was close to the central market.
I did have issues. My room was on a different floor than the kids. The playroom seemed cold. I felt wind, even with the window closed.

the location is central i found it perfect for seeing sights. the staff were friendly the breakfast offered plenty of choice. the room was clean it was nice.
the bed had two single beds they were pushed together. they were not attached i fell through the middle. no refund was offered for the problem i was not happy. the air conditioning was suddenly out i felt hot.

the location was convenient as it was near the train station and airport bus stops. i found the hotel staff helpful and knowledgeable . i appreciated the cleanliness of the spa and that i could check in a bit earlier than scheduled (this depends on room availability, though).
The check-in took an unusually long time. I waited 25 minutes, and i wasn't offered any water or a seat during that time.

the breakfast buffet had many options i noted little champagne was a cute suprise also the room had a piece of candy the location is convenient. staff members were friendly and helpful always ready to assist with a smile i had an issue with my room and they were able to resolve it quickly. the beds in the room were super comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep
the check-in process took longer than expected there was a small queue and it moved slowly
