i found the facilities here great, including large rooms perfect. the staff were very friendly, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. the hotel boasts amazing breakfast, with varied options that catered to all tastes.

on arrival, i had a small delay with the room service which did affect my initial impression. it would be lovely if things were speedier.

i had a superior room king. it was beautiful and spacious. the bed was large and very comfortable with excellent quality bed linen. the bathroom was large with both a shower and bath..

i found several small issues added up, this. the carpet was worn. the scale didn't work. i couldn't connect my phone to the tv via chromecast.

The breakfast offered a superb choice and quality. the big bath and separate large walk-in shower were great features. the toiletries provided were of a very high quality and were replaced regularly. I appreciated that.

The dryer in the room had a broken door lock. It was useless. i reported this to the staff, but no one came to fix it . the room did not have a single usb port of any kind.

The room service was slow. It took over an hour to receive my order. i found the food to be cold when it eventually arrived. The eggs were especially unpleasant. additionally, the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate.
