a stay with some issues

good breakfast transportation hub empty minibar high deposit
breakfast was good, with a nice variety. the location is close to transportation hubs, that includes the bus and train stations. this makes it convenient if you want to explore outside the city using public transport. it works as a good base.
the minibar was empty, it surprised me. shower gel and conditioner bottles also lacked product, was also unexpected.

rude staff basic room service
The location was convenient to the shopping center.
Customer service was lacking. The hotel appears to maintain high standards, but lacks basic room service. When I called, no one answered either at room service or reception. The reception was hard to find, and the staff was rude. This.

mediocre experience at best

long queue crowded space
the location was alright, i could walk to most places i needed to go.
the breakfast was chaotic. it was way too crowded for the space available. plates and cutlery were constantly running out, the food wasn't replenished promptly, and there were only two machines for hot drinks, a long wait for hot water for tea.
