the location was amazing, a short walk to jomas street and the beautiful beach. i found the rooms and surrounding areas to be really clean! the reception service felt very attentive and helpful, and set the tone for my visit.
the air conditioning unit in my room was a little noisy. it made loud banging sounds during the night, and it was really hard to get any rest.

the staff provided helpful assistance at all times. prosecco was available during check-in, made for a good welcome. the breakfast choices were extensive, with amazing views in the restaurant.

My room was big and beautiful with a very comfy bed, i loved the bed and pillows, they felt especially soft! i had a restful experience in my room, and really enjoyed it. It was also very clean.

The spa is beyond all expectations. We especially enjoyed the banya ritual, it was special. the pool includes seawater, it is a very rare opportunity to have that water experience! also, the beach bar provided some relaxing time.

The hotel stands right by the sea. This location is amazing. there is also a cafe and a restaurant. They are conveniently located on the hotel grounds. the staff was very friendly. They helped me with everything i needed.
The hotel charged extra for many things. I felt that this was not right. for example, delivering a pizza to the room cost 10 euros. That was very expensive. i also did not like that i had to book a specific timeframe for the spa. It limited my options.

dated bathroomcrowded breakfast
the room felt quite dated, especially the bathroom. the showerhead sprayed water everywhere, it was quite a mess. also, the breakfast area was too crowded, especially around 9 am. i had to wait for a table, it was not a pleasant experience, i expect better organization.
