Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The room blackout was very nice, nice for great sleep. And I really loved the spacious superior room! The breakfast selection had a wide variety. I found good quality and a wide choice of foods. The valet parking was also very convenient, it made entering and leaving easy. The gym and spa were awesome!
The minibar prices were confusing. I wish there was clearer communication regarding the pricing system.

the location is quite good i could walk to the main attractions. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. the room i booked was a superior double room. the mattress was comfortable and i slept well.
the breakfast taste was not great for the price i paid it was disappointing. the minibar access required an extra daily charge that i found odd. i expected better quality for a hotel in this category. i think they can improve on this aspect.

the spa was excellent and included in the price. i found a very nice man at the reception he was very service-oriented. i also liked the good bar and restaurant.

The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to walk to the main attractions.
The noise INSIDE the hotel was AWFUL. I could hear everything from the hallway, and it made relaxing impossible. The staff was not very helpful with the noise issue.
