the location was great near the ferry terminal. the spa area was beautiful and relaxing. the breakfast had a good variety of food.
The pillows were too high. there was no kettle in the room. housekeeping was only offered after the third night. This seemed absurd.

The breakfast had a large choice. everything was fresh. i LOVED that it was very special and interactive for kids. They could make their own waffle cone for ice cream, even at breakfast! the location is GREAT, good for families, too. the spa is big enough.
