the staff offered special arrangements. the room was spacious and clean with a balcony. it had competitive prices. breakfast featured much choice including cereal, eggs, cheeses, meats, salads, and fruits.

The breakfast had a great variety. I liked the fresh fruit that was available each morning. The location was near public transportation, though the street outside could be busy at times.
The room was quite small. This surprised me! The air conditioning made strange noises throughout the night. I found it hard to sleep because of the sounds. I think this needs to be checked.

the staff showed great support. jamele prepared chicken soup for my son as he couldn't eat solid food after surgery. she gave me the address for buying stationary. she also promised to find out where i could buy wall mirrors similar to those in the breakfast area. the hotel did not serve alcohol or pork, which i appreciated a lot. this created a more comfortable environment for me. the hotel location allows easy access to taksim square. i could walk there easily.

The hotel's location proved convenient. I found it VERY accessible to transportation. Staff offered excellent tips for local attractions and tours. This was helpful. I enjoyed the sauna and pool. Both were clean. Breakfast had GOOD variety. I found plenty to choose from.
The street leading to the hotel includes a steep hill. This may be difficult for some.

The staff member Jamila was particularly friendly. She checked on me regularly since I traveled alone. This hotel not sketchy at all for solo travelers. The staff asked about my stay daily.
Mr. Ahmed did not provide breakfast timings at check-in. He also did not mention hotel facilities. Our passports were retained without instruction to collect them. The hotel location was challenging for elderly guests because of a steep climb to the main street.

The staff at reception was helpful. I found the location quite convenient with easy access to transportation. The bus stop is a short walk. Various drinks were available in the lobby.
Netflix access requires a personal account, contrary to advertising. This was disappointing since it was promoted as a free service.
