the staff was kind, i think. the location is pretty good, i find it easy to walk to the shops. great rooms also, but maybe a bit small.
no legit parking exist, i had to park on the street. the hairdryer was broken, so i had difficulty to dry my hair after shower.

the staff was super kind and attentive, which i loved. the location worked for me since i preferred to stay away from the noisy sultanahmet area. breakfast offered a great variety every day! i especially liked the live counter where they made eggs and omelettes.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. Check-in was super fast, I appreciated the clean, well-equipped room. The hotel features a pool, sauna and hamam. All were in good working order. Free valet parking was a plus.
The air conditioning in my room turned off automatically during the night. This caused some discomfort.

The reception staff was very helpful. Moustafa and Burak were amazing. They provided quick assistance and were very polite. I appreciated their attentiveness.

The hotel is in a regular part of the city, not touristy. There are some fine cafes and shops nearby. The closest tram station is less than a 10-minute walk. I found the area convenient.
