The hotel location allowed easy access to many attractions. Housekeeping was done daily (a very nice touch!).

the location was genuinely good. i could reach many attractions within a short walk, including the basilica cistern and the blue mosque. the staff were very friendly and helpful at reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
the hotel needs a full deep cleaning. the lobby did not look like the pictures online. the room had weird stains on the curtain.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Aykut, Utkan, Emin, and all the reception staff for their hyper-professionalism at this boutique hotel. Miss Serife ensured absolute cleanliness . The hotel's prices align perfectly with its quality, I found it mainly valuable for the money. the Lette restaurant offered delicious, quality food at reasonable prices!!!
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear music from the lobby and corridors, and I was also disturbed by noises from other rooms. The room doors have a gap below, and walls are not thick enough to block outside noise.

The hotel boasts a central location, offering convenient access to key attractions. It is genuinely a short walk to the Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. It is also just a minute from the T1 tram stop.

The room was a good size and included all necessary items and amenities for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed having comfortable chairs in the bedroom in addition to the bed. The shower was very powerful, a definite plus!!!

The buffet breakfast selection was very good. It contained a very wide range of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The adjoining restaurant also provided excellent meals, complemented by a 10% discount for hotel guests.

The spa sector of the hotel was super clean, I thought it much better than the majority of other Turkish baths in the city. Daily housekeeping services are also a plus. The staff were always on hand to answer any questions.
